Returning Families -
Students already attending PJPII will be given the first opportunity to re-enroll for the upcoming school year. This process will take place during the month of December.
New incoming siblings of current PJPII students will be offered enrollment opportunities in January.
New Families -
Please note: At the present time, enrollment for the 2025-26 school year is closed until early October. There is a waiting list for all grades for the current school year.
Enrollment for the 2026-27 school year will open for new families in early February, after our current students and their siblings have an opportunity to enroll. Priority placement will be offered to registered members of our partner parishes (St. Joseph in Coatesville, St. Peter, Our Lady of Consolation, and Our Lady of the Rosary). To ensure proper placement, transfer students may require additional time to allow for sufficient review of academic transcripts.

If your child has an IEP or 504 plan, please forward that information to Mrs. Jones, Enrollment Director, at [email protected]. To ensure proper placement, additional time may be needed to allow for sufficient review of these documents.
Students transferring into first through eighth grade need to provide their unofficial transcript, conduct and attendance report from his/her school. Once your child's transcripts have been received, Mrs. Jones will follow up with each applicant to detail the next steps in the admissions process.
**Admission to Pope John Paul is not final until registration is complete. All deposits and registration fees are non-refundable**
Returning Families -
An annual registration fee of $145 per student, with a $245 maximum per family will be added to your March FACTS Tuition bill.
