In addition to the core curriculum, students have numerous opportunities to explore and develop other interests and talents which broaden their academic, social, physical, spiritual and community outreach experiences. We believe these experiences are important to the development of the whole child. We are very proud of the awards and honors earned by PJPII students each year.
When the school day ends at 2:45, students have an array of after school programs to choose from. CYO (Catholic Youth Organization) Athletics offers the opportunity for PJPII students and parish youth to develop their athletic skills and compete in a variety of sports, including cross country, track, soccer, field hockey, volleyball, cheerleading, basketball, softball and baseball.
We offer peace of mind to parents by providing a safe environment during and after school. The CARES (extended care program) is available onsite daily from 2:45 until 6:00 pm. After the Bell programming runs concurrently with CARES and provides students the opportunity to participate in several exciting classes including Science Explorers.
During the summer months, students can enroll in our onsite Community Summer Camp and experience a world of adventures that includes hot lunch, weekly themes, water days and special guests.
